He uses approaches from human-centered design tools and methods, leadership agility, conversational intelligence, and narrative coaching technologies. His work is his passion. For fun and well being, he cooks, practices yoga, and plays golf. His joy is his wife, Janise, and their teenage sons, Luc and Franco.
